At GreenByte, a clear-out runs in four steps compressed into one visit. We arrive on the day you choose, same-day collection is possible anywhere in Belgium and France, Monday to Saturday, 07:00 to 20:00, so evenings and weekend moves are covered.
On site, every device is registered by serial number into an intake list, you sign one document and know exactly what left the building. Equipment travels in sealed, protected containers in our own vans. Data destruction, refurbishment and recycling follow at our facility, and you receive destruction certificates and a final report for your records.
The checklist for the week before
One: inventory roughly what's there, laptops, desktops, servers, screens, phones, printers, loose drives. Approximate counts are enough for the quote. Two: decide what leaves and what moves with you. Three: ask employees to return stray devices, drawers and lockers hide more hardware than most IT teams expect. Four: book the collection date. That's it, lifting, sorting, wiping and reporting are the partner's job, not yours.

In most cases, yes, same-day collection is possible across our whole service area in Belgium and France, Monday to Saturday from 07:00 to 20:00. For large clear-outs, a short heads-up helps us bring the right van and containers.
Do you also take screens, printers and peripherals?
Yes. We handle every brand and every device type, from smartphones to servers, including screens, printers, network gear and loose data carriers. Reusable equipment is refurbished; the rest is responsibly recycled.
Who is responsible for the data during transport?
From the moment of handover, the equipment travels in sealed containers under our documented chain of custody, and every device is already registered to the intake list you signed. You can demonstrate at any moment where your data carriers are, that's the difference with a regular mover.
